I'm currently a senior at Carleton College studying history. This coming fall, I will start an MA in archaeology at Cornell University. My research interests include the study of settlements on the edge of the Greek-speaking world in Asia, experimental archaeology, and the transmission and reception of classical texts in the late antique and medieval Islamic world.
Other interests of mine include fishing, hand-painted advertisement signs, solar-powered and (surprise!) static websites, soccer in several forms, radio (both at Carleton and around the world), incunabula and bookplates, and pickles.
